Basic Hyperloop
Here we start getting into advanced poi and, as with isolations, hyperloops are more of a theme to apply to a move than a move in themselves.
To start a hyperloop you just need to twist one of the poi around the other so that the axis becomes the poi themselves, you just do this by hitting the middle of the poi together, to come out of a hyperloop and back into a normal swing is a different matter, the trick with this very basic hyperloop is to move the poi towards you when you want them to start unwinding, if you try and pull them out to the sides they will probably just get tangled. try to start pulling towards you before they have lost half their momentum or you won't come the full way out and, again, you'll end up with a tangle.
Hyperloops are a real pain to learn because you spend so much time untying knots and so little time practicing, I'm not really that good with hyperloops yet but it's something I'm working on so hopefully more lessons to come later.
You don't have to have the poi going in the opposite direction to do a hyperloop, weave hyperloops with the axis just next to your hands can let you add many beats to a weave before bringing the hyperloop over to the other side to untangle.
