Hyperloops

When I first started hyperloops I thought that you needed a certain number of beats on one side as the ropes tangled up and then the same number of beats as it untangles on the other side. This aint’ true! The poi don’t tangle into a knot you then have to unravel unless you get the planes wrong, it looks more like this:




 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can see that the poi are creating a ‘kink’ in the ropes and can spin around for as long as they have momentum. The only part of the ropes that should be twisting is this bit:



 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is why I'll be calling them hyperloops on this site and not tangles, the name just makes them sound a lot more complicated than they are.
