Backwards 3 Beat Weave
This is a Backwards 3 beat and a whole different kettle of fish to the forwards 3 beat.
To start with the arm crossing over your body should still be above the arm that stays on the same side even though you're going the other way, the major difference however is that when you cross the poi from one side to the other they are coming straight towards your face, this is somewhat off-putting after you've hit yourself on the nose a few times so get yourself some soft poi if you haven't already got some.
