Windmill
This one is exactly the same as the corkscrew but instead of being up and down it's front and back, I found it easier to learn this one by going into it from the corkscrew and slowly changing the position of my arms. The windmill is probably be the first move you learn in which the poi go behind your back and I've seen quite a few screwed up faces as people start getting used to it. co-ordination behind the head can be a bit tricky until you get used to it so I'd recommend practicing this one until you feel comfortable with it.
